STEP ONE: SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION

STEP TWO: WORK WITH A DESIGNER
At the appointment with our designer, you will have the opportunity to create a memorial to honor your loved one or self. The designer will provide insightful guidance while being a kind listening ear. The collaborative design space will allow you to see it take shape on the big screen. We often call this the starting design or rough draft. Before your set appointment we can review your loved ones obituary and gather the regulations for their cemetery.
STEP THREE: CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITE DESIGN
Choose your favorite design and place a 50% deposit down. Before choosing the design you like the most, you can make as many edits and changes you desire. We often recommend asking others you love for their thoughts and opinions. Once you have chosen your favorite design and have made your first payment, we send your design to our Manufacturer for a proof.
STEP FOUR: APPROVE MANUFACTURER’S DRAWING
Once we receive a CAD Proof from our manufacturer, we will ask for your approval via a virtual signature through your email/mail or by asking you to stop in the office. This is what is used to carved the stone so we ask you make sure it’s perfect!
STEP FIVE: THE WAITING…
Unfortunately, difficulties in shipping and manufacturing continue to cause minor delays in the industry.
Currently, monuments have a turnaround time of 8 MONTHS from final proof approval to installation.
We are seeing some positive changes and will do our best to ensure your monument is delivered as soon as possible along with sharing timely updates and newsletters.
